So are you saying that if the truck does not utilize the type pcv system you have,we do not need the dual valve catch can??
I went to the video and the website and was not clear to me.
Also I read that this (Dual valve) system is only for specific year models. Tried to download their PDF but the...
I installed the load bars, but what are the fixed nuts on the end of each bar for. I mounted it with the nuts facing upward. Hopefully that was correct. No mention of them on the instructions.
Wow. Get over it and move on. Gets annoying when you ask a simple question and the (same few) just can't resist making jokes on the first few postings. Time and place, that's not it. Maybe once a persons question has been answered. I see many times it gets so out of hand the op's question gets...
Technically it may be there (someday) but to the extent it's being shoved down our throats by you know who by cutting off our pipelines to raise the price of gas so high we are forced into electric before it's time is shameful to say it so I don't get kicked off this forum.
There is not enough lithium on the planet to support a billion cars and trucks. And what do we do with the spent batteries?
Then to build the infrastructure and increase the size and quantity of power plants, probably be double the price of gas by that time.
Thanks, Looking for a less expensive way though. I guess I could use the spare though, bit having 18,000 miles on the tires, I wonder if the tread difference would create a negative effect.
Curious, assuming you do the rotation yourself, How do you go about it. I am trying to figure out the best way of supporting the truck to move a tire from one side of the truck to the other. Front to back is easy. Do I need to completely raise the entire truck with (4) jackstands to do it.
I bought this a while back from Amazon (no longer carry it though). I believe Harbor Freight also has it. Cheap and powerful.

Just went through my Android Auto app and it has an option for bluetooth wireless. Have not tried it yet but will later on. An additional adapter may not even be needed.
I use the TST 507. None of them read the OEM TPMS, they are completely separate.
I did use before the TireMinder brand but had too much issues with it. Like this one much better.
They are not cheap but as someone else here said, It's great disaster insurance. WOuld never tow without it.
Here...
Some mention the brakes being a possible suspect. I personally have no opinion on the topic. But it does bring up the need for a TPMS installed on all flat towed vehicles (not the OEM one from factory) That is the only way you will know if you are having brake temperature or pressure issues...
Wrote them and this is the total kit.

I am struggling with trying to purchase the Load bars for the top of the smartcap. They have been on backorder but supposed to be in by mid February. I went online to (Off Road Alliance) and they want to charge 47.00 for shipping. Not sure, but I thought it used to be free shipping. Still 47.00...
Did you write the company? I read somewhere that they mistakenly inserted the African version, but we're having issues with the correct US version.
That said. All is need is to tap into the positive brakes light wiring and ground it. Took me 15 minutes.
