I bought a unit to make my sync 3 wireless CarPlay. Only have my phone hooked to it and Bluetooth turned off on the truck. Start truck and within 10-15 seconds all hooked up to Apple CarPlay wirelessly. Works great

Yes. Have tamper proof screws on the tail lights as well as the inside access panel to the tailgate to keep from getting tailgate open after tonneau is cut open. Still want something to make em think when pulling the tailgate handle

Saw another feed about this where a guy put a 1/4” steel plate on the inside with epoxy to at least make it tougher to get in.

It can be popped out. It is only held in in with 2 clips. Kind of a bear to get out but using some flat plastic removal tool will do the trick.

I already have the perimeter plus system. I just want to add the tailgate to the system so it sets the alarm off if opened

Any idea if the perimeter or perimeter plus can be modified to include tailgate being opened to set alarm off

Hey all, was wondering if anyone had figured out a way to include the tailgate in the perimeter/perimeter plus ford alarm system. Trying to mitigate the stolen tail light issue my son had on his 2023 Ranger xlt from happening again to him or to myself. Thanks in advance

These are what I purchased. They are nice and bright and give a great view. The halogens were just dull and couldn’t see very well. Very happy with them. No dislikes. You have options with turn signals where they are either sequential or standard and can make the c shaped ring be your DRL’s

2022 ranger here. No the adjustable vents do not work with defrost. You can only do defrost and floor or floor and adjustable vent or any of the 3 independently
