I’ve never lived anywhere where people said, “man the drivers here are good.”
I did say it once, after coming back home from a trip to India. Was shocked how great everyone was driving. Took me a few days to recalibrate again.
Was really having a tough time deciding between livernois and ford performance tune. Really one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had this week. Finally decided on an engine swap so I can run flex fuel. Who wants to choose between power and economy ?
This machine really deserves its own...
Rivian is an amazing truck. But it’s not easy making a new car company survive, and this news shouldn’t come as a surprise. Always fascinating to me how so many people are so quick to marginalize someone who is able to accomplish something so difficult.
We're talking about adding an inch. I did it, and there is absolutely no ride difference. Zero. And it's not strictly cosmetic (although there's nothing wrong with that); it is functional. F250s no longer try to mount up.
I sealed the holes this weekend. Copied this technique, which I think is the best solution:

Seemed to work pretty well. I put a security camera in the truck after sealing to make sure there wasn’t any...
I like this idea, too. PHEV makes sense for most people for foreseeable future. Will take a long time for battery technology and infrastructure to improve. Don’t believe me? Look at battery tech and charging infrastructure from 10 years ago. Hardly any improvement. More charging stations but...
“So, if you search mice, you will see the screen add mod you can do to prevent mice from entering cab of truck, they access this area by the cowl drain ends (Left/Right), there is a small area on each end of the cowl (under wiper blades) where they can enter and access the inner cab framework...
I was backing out of the drive yesterday and saw a rat run across the drive in front of me. The way he was running seemed like he had just dropped from the engine bay. I had recently seen this thread and my suspicions were high.
I checked the engine bay and I did see a few rat footprints, but...
These look cool but it doesn’t look like it retains factory backup camera. There is also another brand that is a little more sketchy. That one also doesn’t retain backup camera as far as I can tell.
I’m sure this info is somewhere on this forum, but I’ve never seen it.
here’s a history of the the tremor name. Started in 2002 on the ranger. Tremor referred to its audio package with a 10” sub.

i wonder about the frequency of some of these problems, too. Maybe someone can make a poll asking about vibration problems? Maybe it’s been done before…

How many owners have had vibration issues with these trucks? Getting ridiculous.
I had an annoying...
Just got the 1” level from fordrangerlifts installed.
I like the change - subtle but perfect in my opinion. Still minimal rake but much improved.
took shop 2 hours to install, including alignment. They charged $450 (including alignment) which I thought was a little high but they did a good...
WV ranger just took a look at your post history. Gotta say your posts are way more helpful and way more positive than mine.
So I think some of this might be your perspective is a little off. Talking to someone - maybe even a professional might help you to recalibrate.
Yes never considered the safety concerns. Might be overblown but If these extenders raise the belt higher on the body I can see how they may be less safe - effectively eliminating the benefit of the booster in the first place.
I got one of these for my wife’s car bc kid couldn’t reach the heckle.
Looks like they have a huge selection but their ranger one looks like the wrong type.
They have a form section where you can send in a picture...
