A couple on the board have done it and 1.5” has fit. You may have to loosen and push your bars out. But they did not cut or remove them.

Thank you for sharing. On the SS3s paired together we’re you able to use the existing holes the black plastics pins when thru! Do the lights extend beyond the grill whole you are mounting them in? I have yellow Pro fog SS3s in the factory positions. But need more light. ?

I am actually kind of mixing . Alternating fill ups with 88 and 93. I stop at Kwik Trip to get drinks so usually top of the tank while there. So using about 90.5 octane

Dealer inspected the rear end and said 3/4” was in tolerance my gas tank was full so it showed the worse case. Nothing was found wrong.
