Installed a Swing Case tool box today. Also started playing with Forscan and turned on Bambi Mode, Changed the Splash Screen, turned off the Auto Start/Stop and disabled the ANC ESE. Fun Stuff!

I did mine early on for the same reason, but it also notably improved the stock stereo performance too! Still planning my sound system upgrade, but this made it liveable.

I lifted of my tailgate and lubed the bushings with white lithium grease over 6 months ago. Still not a peep since.

Installed an Aeroskins deflector yesterday.

My 21 Tremor XLT has the base radio and I was planning to upgrade speakers, amp, sub. Decided as a first step to treat all the doors fully with Dynamat. This made a huge difference, especially in lower frequencies.

The XLT Tremor doesn't come with courtesy lighting, so had to do a little lighting work after installing the Sport Bar.

Finally got my Sport Bar and installed it this weekend. For those interested - the Ford part # VKB3Z-99518K00-B is actually made by EGR USA listed as the S-Series - Sport Bar PART# SBAR0112 which can be found significantly cheaper than by going through Ford.

Check the plastic inserts in the tailgate hinges. I thought my damper failed making the same sound. Shot some silicon spray in the hinge and it shut up for a couple days. Pulled the gate and greased the inserts, problem gone!

Interesting, I have both symptoms and have less than 3500 miles on it! If the support bearing goes out that quickly, there a bigger issue at hand in material/design. :(

My 2021 XLT does this, it is even notable when doing 40ish and accelerating (not hard) it squeals like a banshee. Took it to the dealer a week ago, they definitely duplicated it and submitted a ticket to Ford. They said it's fine to drive and I haven't heard anything back yet...

Painted the tow hooks Ford red. Had previously done the Ranger lettering and a 21" light bar below the license plate.
