Very similar, I went from an 04 Ranger FX4 to a 13 F-150 5.0, to a 97 Lariat (still have, very low miles), and now my 19 f150 xl FX4 5.0... it is a disaster.

Did you have to modify the crash bar to fit what appears to be 305s?

the 10 speed had been very problematic on the f-150, pending class action lawsuit because ford has no fix. my dash is falling apart. My best friend has a 2019 and is on his 4th dashboard. My transmission bangs clanks, jolts and jerks... and my windows go down when ever they please haha...
