Bought in April 2021 and nothing has been added to the reservoir. Coolant looks to be yellowish/greenish color in the reservoir.

I’ve only towed once, and don’t plan on towing anytime soon. I do like how the transmission is reacting now and I hope it stays that way. Skipping gears is fine and my shifts smooth.

I will keep an eye for it. I got 12 months to decide if it will happen and/or if I’m willing to deal with this process all over again if this issue comes back.

Update: So, my truck is at the last level of repairs after performing all the software updates and valve body overhaul. After all that dealer is still seeing harsher shift from Reverse. I was also thinking more in those lines as well. Talked to some folks on IG, and I hear that after the rebuild/overhaul the issue has be resolved for the most part.

So if the transmission gets rebuilt/overhauled, does it affect resale values? Or does it show up in the vehicle history as a black mark?

@Jason B I read it as he went through it, since he mentions "after having TSB done" in his 1st sentence. I will see if I can get a new unit. This is my first ever Ford vehicle, not feeling great or confident about their product.

How much did you torque the main bolts that holds bumper to the frame to?

Call them and they will offer you a "used" plan, after going through one of their own inspections. Mine was out of warranty @50k, I was offered a plan that maxed out at an additional 75k miles.
