Was it making contact? I have the exact same sound happening with mine. Mine has the Ford/ Fox 2.0 leveling kit. Had someone rock the truck while parked and we could both feel it in the front sway bar. Not sure how to proceed next other than to take to the dealer.?

I have an Fx4 supercab. I would have considered a Tremor if they came in a supercab. So far I have upgraded the suspension with the Ford/Fox 2.0 setup. Huge difference in handling. Still can be bouncy which I attribute to the 2 leaf spring pack that comes stock. I'm going to look into upgrading...

Sounds like a progressive leaf spring pack would help.

All good, the guy at the desk thought it was a different task and quoted that instead. Ended up being about 4hrs

To be fair, that was a misquote for what they thought was a coilover service. The install only took about 5 hours in total with alignment. Any photos of your Ranger with the Fox 2.0? I really like the composed feel it has now. Like everyone else has said; it's a very worthy upgrade.
