I found out by talking to the mechanic, they found a nut, the nut that mounts the turbo. He said when they replaced the turbo they probably dropped it in the airbox and instead of looking they probably got lazy and got another one. Anyway Here is a pic of the damage.

Just got off the phone with them that was the case, factory defect not the other dealerships fault.

I thought the same, when I went to go actually see that there was a rag in the turbo. It was shredded but I didn’t notice any visible damage on the turbo itself I was like can’t you guys just clean it out and call it a day? To which they responded they didn’t want to risk it causing more harm to...

They told me it was the bolt holding on the turbine.

No idea I didn’t think the turbine had a cotter pin holding it together??
