My first guess would be that somewhere along the exhaust it is rubbing on something. Under load/acceleration the exhaust may be moving enough to rub against something. Then the exhaust is acting like an amplifier through the tubing. Only possible thing I can think of.

Since it doesn't happen during high revs, but under acceleration/load a dyno shop may be able to help diagnose the location. It sounds like a tuning fork where metal is vibrating to metal. Doesn't seem to be a "screech" that you would expect if metal was rubbing like brake discs. Since it...
