So... I know this has been beat to death, but I didn't find exactly what I was looking for when searching.
Someone asked me the other day, "How much boost are you running?" We obviously don't have a boost gauge, but I have my SCT BDX and it stops measuring boost at 22.47 psi. Why? No idea...
Never mind... I looked at your showcase and see the Feniex panels mounted in the cab. I love the Feniex setup we have in my work truck.
Except for their Hammer. We went through two of those. Ain't worth a sh*t. Great when they work, though. I have a feeling it was user error with my two...
Today, I installed the hot side of my aFe charge pipes. I attempted the passenger (cold) side. The cold side is being a little b*tch. (Well... I gave up, so I guess I'm being the little b*tch  )
I'll try again on the cold side in a week or so, when I get some time off work. Someone...
Sorry for resurrecting a two year old thread. Is there a link to that video? My hot side pipe was not an issue to get in at all. But, the cold side is being a b*tch. With the new boot on the end, it hits the throttle body and I can't get it level enough to click into place on the IC end, or...
Today I got my aFe charge pipes. I ordered them, because when I swapped out my BOV, plastic came out with the screw. Better safe than sorry. And, rather than order the stock pipe, why not upgrade, right?
I also got a Dragy.
When I installed the cam in my ex’s 2020 Ranger, I installed it directly below the mirror and was going to run the power cable through the mirror housing to the headliner. The housing was a bitch to get off. When I got my 2021, I just ran the cabling beside the mirror housing. I’ll never try...
This afternoon, right around 4:45, I ordered a set of aFe charge pipes. The order confirmation email came in at 4:46 and the shipping notification happened at 4:59. UPS now has the package and it will be here Wednesday. Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks, @Stage3Motorsports!
For anyone interested in the effect on rear light brightness from wrapping the tail light assemblies, I think they're still quite visible.
Tail and backup
Turns
@cVelBlu91, This is a good thing. Don't be sad. I'm a much happier person now. Just check the Lifestyle Mods section of my signature. (The first two items happened in that order, by the way... not the other way around.)
I got mine, right before my ex and I separated. She has a 2020 and I have a 2021. This is the only picture I have of them together. They are now also separated.
Today, I got my tails wrapped and installed some Amazon switchback front LED turns. I'm about to head down with the laptop to turn off hyperblink in Forscan. (Can anyone actually say or type forscan with a straight face?)
I'll get some pics of the tails with the backup lights and turn signals...
I'm not an engineer or mechanic. I think in theory everything will go where it's supposed to. However, this makes the hose longer. I don't know if that will have an effect or not. @P. A. Schilke might have an answer for you.
That is true, but you could also request that they leave it on. If your battery dies, they have the means to start your truck and charge the battery. Then, if you see them on footage turning it off, wonder what's up. But, plugged into the OBD2 port, it's a matter of course that they are going to...
