Oooo, that's a good mounting spot for the switch panel. I have the trigger 4 plus sitting in my garage and never spent enough time figuring out a mounting spot in the engine bay for the relay module... before I knew it I'd drilled two holes in lower dash panel. ?‍♂️

I'm happy with this location. Easily reached, but not bumping them 'on' with my knee getting in or out of the truck. Switch on the right is the same ditch light harness from diode dynamics. The left switch is for their pair of 6in lightbars mounted in the bumper.

Any concern of derating/compromising tow hitch integrity? Looking at the plug needing to pass through it would need to be a 3/4-7/8" hole. You're going to be a bad influence.

Just learned something about the Ranger that is "not common or expected" Our tow hitch has no way of passing the wire harness through from the rear ?. Guess I should have pulled the tow hitch cover and looked at that before I ordered. "Create an opening" uhhh. Not sure I'm up for that. Bummer.
