On a previous car that would happen if the sensor in the windshield (behind the mirror) had something on it. I assume the Ranger does something similar. I'm not sure if that still happens if you do not have rain sensing wipers. The sensor is still there so it may still wipe if needed.

Reduce tire pressure (useful if offroading anyway). Or upgrade to a Tremor style suspension (softer). My Tremor handles the washboards on the way to my house quite well, but my brothers tacoma goes nuts on it due to its stiffer suspension.

I removed them the minute I got home from the dealership. 1) they get in the way when I get in/out of the vehicle, and 2) they reduce the clearance if you are offroading and if they do hit something that entire bar will fold up and damage the side of the vehicle.

That may be in this vehicles manual. I havent had it long enough to need to look for that. It is definitely not in the manual for the last few vehicles I've had. It just says to check them at lubrication intervals (which is when I do the rotation anyway).

I've never even heard of that, nor done it. I do my own tire rotations, and have done for 25+ years on many vehicles and not once has there been a torque issue with them. Its good practice to double check them if someone else did the work (tire shop etc) for sure.

I've only had to deal with it once and they initially balked, but when I pointed out the law and what they are required to do, they did the repair. My mods on that vehicle were not involved in the problem. The obviously dont have to repair your mods, or any damage caused by the mods.

In the USA, the mfg would have to prove your mod was the cause of a problem that requires warranty repairs. They cannot just blanket void a warranty. The burden of proof is on them as well.

That likely can only be done with push button start (lariats) but it allows the vehicle to run similar to remote-start.

My understanding is that it is related to humidity in the cabin. Not sure if there is anything else that disables that, but if its getting humid in there it will switch to outside air. Max A/C also uses recirculation but not sure if the button stays on or not. The cabin air filter should help...

Are you in 4L? Also, is traction control still On? I havent had much time to test this vehicle, but I know my previous one(s) 4H was very different in how it reacts vs 4H and also TC can get in the way if enabled.

Use sport mode, try other 4x4 modes if you can. Also, left foot brake. Keep the throttle down a bit so RPMs are in the power band and use the brake to modulate your speed.
