I have found on my Dad's Ranger it's very sporadic when you need it. I figure if you have somewhat decent service on your phone, I'd expect the truck to reasonably communicate through the system. But as is, YMMV.

Do you even have an order number? Ford's customer service should be able to assist. I find it odd that nobody has information otherwise. I ordered my Super Crew on 02/17 and here it is almost (supposedly) delivered in the next two weeks.

Received my dash mat I ordered a few weeks back from CoverCraft. I'm not one for dash mats but I had one in my Fiesta, my Dad has one in his Ranger -Nice to put stuff up there and not have it fly off the dash.

Yup I received an email a few weeks back stating it was "shipping" but no new information since. Supposed to be here next week or the week after but so far I find myself doubting this.

Hasn't come in yet but debating on a bull bar. Most of them want to remove the factory bash plate on the FX4 models...not sure about this part yet. Definitely removing all dealership ads. Not sure about anything else yet.
