For those of you that bought Dash Designs, where did you decide to fasten the Velcro? I am concerned about damaging the dash with too much Velcro adhesive, but I think a few strategic spots would work. Also did you clean the dash with alcohol or anything before fastening the Velcro?
So far so good. The cover feels like a fine piece luxury leather goods, like a leather wallet or watch band or something, but does not have a lot of cushion.. So, it definitely looks superb and maybe I will decide I don’t need all the cushion, just a tight fit.
Ok, I believe I got it. I loosened the clamps and wrapped a vice grip jaws in electrical tape. I then worked the plastic bump back down to level out of the side rail cap and clamped the rail to the bed with the vice grip. I then tightened up the clamps.
I added the second set of clamps and...
Here are the DKM letter from eBay. Glossy Black on the front, Matte black on the tailgate. There is a millimeter or two around the letters so test placing them before removing the adhesive is a good idea. But they were super easy to put on.
I am trying this one out. It’s still a 50% wrap but seems very nice otherwise.

Did anyone else have their windshield corner trim piece not line up? I can either snap the one edge tabs into the metal pillar or the plastic body into the plastic cowl, but not both at the same time.
Otherwise, I have a jimmy rigged fix at the moment with Windshield Butyl (professional Bubble...

Although I am wondering about some unnecessary tailgate letters ?
