wow, you've gone all out sir! I plan to drop about 10kish, depending. This is my last 'toy'. Sounds like I need to swap out my intake plans.
If I can safely get my truck into the 5's for 0-60, I'll be happy. Hell, my 02 Mustang GT wasn't that fast. I'll also enjoy the utility of the truck...
First off, love your truck.
I am putting together a parts list I am going to pull the trigger on next month, and I wanted to know if you had any issues with your downpipe.
I plan to have a similar set up. Tune, intake, intercooler, downpipe and I already have an AWE exhaust. Going to do the...
Oh, and the mechanic told me today he saw it had a rough country strut spacers and aftermarket upper control arms. He said the U-bolt situation was normal?:
So, I think this is what I have: ( I confirmed the RC was on the cap)...
Well I pulled the trigger on the AWE exhaust. Attached are some videos. If anyone is trying to decide between AWE and another, I'm happy to make more. I am pleased with it.
So I get that kit, and remove the spacers. What multileafs would compliment, and would that be all I need? Yes I am also trying to figure out what tire size, offset and wheels I want
Thank you to everyone who has participated in this thread! This is pretty much the look I want, negative offset, slightly larger wheels and tires

This is a little more than Frenchy said I need...
The bed will see little to no use, definitely nothing heavy, and I doubt I'll ever tow anything. I've always liked Rangers, which is why I have it. (started with 93' manual extended cab at age 19) At most just use it for items cannot fit in a car, no heavy gear or loads. The 10 percent off road...
I've explored the threads but still not sure. If I need to take more pics I can. Suspension is the most important upgrade for me, and I'm not adverse to spending some money on it. I saw the old man emu kit, but I've also seen Fox and Icon spoke about a lot. It will be 90 percent on road for...
I don't understand the whole suspension world. Do I replace coil overs, shocks, struts, leaf springs all of it? Was the lift done on the truck cheaply done? Is there a kit that provides a lift and better suspension set up all in one package?
Like this...
Hello all,
Preparing to upgrade the suspension, but I'm not experienced with these things. Main priority is a better ride on the roads, and I wouldn't mind better ride on the dirt/offroad but it's not the priority. I don't need an elaborate set up to handle jumps, rock crawling, or anything...
I will check all of that out, thank you brother . I am looking at doing a fair number of upgrades.
1) Exhaust
2) Suspension
3) Tune
4) Mats
5) Intercooler/piping?
6) Downpipe
7) Maybe different wheel/tire set up
Open to suggestions for any and all.
Thinking of about 5-7k should doll her up right
I Like the 19' to 23' front end better, not a fan of the new front end but it's not terrible.
If I pulled the trigger, the 20' would be sold or traded. The more I think about it the more foolish it sounds. I work a ton, so there would be infrequent off-roading, it would be just a fun...
I was wondering about that. Getting parts like you have would probably be enough for me. I don't need a sports car, but I like the feeling of power. Only problem for me is I'm not a mechanic, and not super handy with tools either. I'd have to find a reputable shop, and back in the say on my 00'...
Hello all,
Because, why not? Here is a pic of my Ranger with these boards installed.
Trying to decide if I will keep her or not. I'm basically an almost 50 year old man child, and have the itch. RR or one of the new V6's. I could pay most of the cost of a RR with less than 20 financed, but...
I am debating this very thing. Ran into a bit of money, I'm getting old and this will be my last ego vehicle, if I bought one. Just paid the truck off. Have been debating between a v6 2.7 or RR...or just more upgrade on my low mile 2020. Just got my GR Running boards installed. Ugh!
