The O rings in the adapter are fine, I test fit them, they should seal well. I think their pipe is fine, it's more like my truck is a little off. Everything else looks really good.

I am just going to fix it, I assume it is something with my truck. It’s okay, cutting and welding something is no big deal for me. I have plumbed IC’s on several race cars, this is a easy one, cut it, mock it up, mark it, tack it, check it, weld it, paint it, it will fit perfectly.
