MBRP does sell a full T304 stainless kit for a few hundred more.
Aluminized steel 3-Inch cat-back truck exhaust system - #S5227AL - MBRP®
I'm with Thomas though. Seems a bit sketchy to claim it's a Stainless-steel system without specifying the grade.
For reference, here's a 17x8.5 +10mm wrapped in 265/70r17
American Outlaw LoneStars - Look half decent, but they're heavy as shit for a 17" wheel.
Checkout Custom Offsets if you're exploring wheel/tire combinations.
Their gallery has a variety of customer-uploaded pictures with different wheel...
I can also attest, Auxito fogs make a huge difference in visibility at night. It's a night and day difference compared to the OEM halogens.
I have a set of the White/Amber switchbacks on my truck and can hardly use them in a populated area without people flashing me with their brights.
Relentless Fabrication, SVC Offroad, and Addictive Desert Designs all have product offerings similar to what you're looking for.
Edit: SVC is 2024+, my mistake.
A little janky, but I love the idea! I have the same issue with my edge of my side shooters hitting the hood and nearly blinding me. Fingers crossed I still have some leftover black vinyl roll in the garage... Time to bust out the x-acto knife after work.
A BIG thank you to @MY23RANGER for the tonneau cover and dash cover. Both of which fit and function great! The dash cover helps keep my interior from getting scorching hot in the desert sun, and that tonneau kept my truck's bed bone dry during the monsoons last night.
Patrick is the man!
Good point, a larger diameter tire definitely rolls over obstacles more easily. I do wish I had bigger diameter tires to better handle the relentless washboarding out in the desert, but airing down to around 15 PSI and carrying a bit of speed seems to smooth out most of the shuttering and...
I've got 265/70r17's (stock tremor size; approx. 31.5in diameter) with an E load rating on my Ranger and they've done great to date. Whether it be sand and gravel desert trails, rocky mountain passes, or dirt and mud filled forest roads. IMO, having a tire and wheel setup that you can...
Took Roxy Ranger up to the Grand Canyon's South Rim, and then back into Kaibab National Forest to do a little disbursed camping and wheeling. Found a great little secluded spot in a grove of pines several miles back and wandered around about 35 miles worth of trails in the wilderness.
Joe - I'm not trying to be condescending, but I believe you may have misconstrued the purpose of the "different lugs" mentioned above. The factory wheel studs are designed with just enough length to allow proper thread engagement for the lug nuts with the original wheel setup. By adding a...
I've never personally ran spacers, but a 0.5" spacer would translate to a considerable number of threads lost.
If you go that route, make sure to pick up some extended studs to go with, so your wheel and tires won't fall off driving down the road or trail.
A little tire poke never hurt anybody. ;)
I personally think it looks more aggressive without the flares, but I also don't mind a few rock chips, and a bit of dirt built up on my truck.
YMMV - How much of a perfectionist are you, and is the cost of the flares worth it in terms of protecting...
