Appreciate this diagram. Used it for my fluid change and at cold start matched up with your line and after a 3 hr drive at high speeds fluid was in the 200-215 temp range lines š
Fitzstick works great, super easy to do fluid exchange.
Getting the original dipstick nut off was a major PITA though. Recommend going in via wheel well instead of from underneath
Donāt remove the fuel line. It can be done with it on, just takes some extra time making sure #4 boot/coil is seated correctly.
It doesnāt matter whether you do all four at once, or one by one. I did one by one so that I knew the coil pack was going back on the same cylinder it came off.
Not much more around Houston that you need 4wd for. Matagorda when itās dry and extreme if you like mud but thatās about it.
If youāre going out west a lot and finding you need 4wd go for it!
You should get out to the abandoned community tracks near buccees in bastrop too. Pretty fun!
Rather than replace the bulbs or whole assembly you can pick up some amber fog light tint and keep the lights as-is. Pretty popular in the Subaru community
Iām on board with this theory. The stress mustnāt be huge otherwise the the wiring would be ripped the instant the hose breaks. Instead myself and others have been driving around for an unknown period of time with a broken hose and the wiring taking all of the āstressā
I would agree with these statements if the hose had a clean break but the hose is literally disintegrating in my fingers. This leads me to believe itās either poor manufacturing or wrong material for the job.
Photo of temp fix to get me to the store for some hoes
I believe the compulsory mifi certification ended with the lightning cable. In any case my $7.99 for 2 cables from Amazon work great

iPhone 15 with Anker usb to usb c cable works great. Zero issues in the past 2 weeks while I would have had to reset radio 2x in this time due to older iPhone not being recognized
