I bought my 5100s from them and they had the best prices, but you’re right that’s its a more labor intensive upgrade due to the need for coilover reassembly.
At slow speeds on uneven ground it would buck me side to side occasionally too. I hated that. Rear shocks alone made a huge difference for $200. I ended up doing the front also and am very pleased with the results. It’s by no means a cushy Cadillac ride - it feels like a truck but my bobble head...
Mine is good from factory in the bed itself.
However, the guy got careless with the sprayer, and I have some overspray on my paint - some in the rear near the tail light and a good bit on one side behind passenger rear door.
I would likely go aftermarket if given a choice.
I’m very pleased with Bilstein 5100s all around - front is set to 1.8.
However, after doing the work with a friend including spring compression, I would opt for pre-assembled coilovers in the front if I were to do it again. I did save a good chunk of money though. $200 vs $850+
They are paying the R&D/concept and marketing salaries regardless of backlog.
“But what about our backlog…?”
“We have to look busy. Full steam ahead!”
Window trim like that is standard - looks a little warped. Mine is that way and I compared to others on dealer lot. Not sure why they made it that way.
And thats brand new. Every other rechargeable battery I’ve owned lasted lower and lower amounts of time as time goes own… anyone thinking EV will be different?
It clear that I enjoy mine because I move the baby seat from the van just to drive the Ranger on the weekend. 2 booster seats and a baby seat in the back!
