The wind noise intrusion was unacceptable before I put these on so I couldn't really tell you.
Didn't make much a difference to me after install.. still can't have comfortable conversations at highway speeds either way lol.
E: I do get minor whistle sounds if the crosswinds are just right but...

Have you had the alignment checked? Kinda sounds like someone did the rotation shortly before selling it. Seems sketchy if I'm honest.

I never was able to get specs on it. I don't have a 2nd vehicle or else I would have pulled off my driveshaft and tried pulling the bearing assembly off(press fit) to take measurements.
