With any universal tune, you need to send a data log to the tuner and have adjustments made. Your engine and conditions are not the same as the engine and conditions with/in which that tune was developed. Minor adjustments are always needed and help prolong engine life. If they tuner doesn't...

Regarding turning the rotors -- I've done that on vehicles. As long as they are in spec, it's fine. If the pads are fine, reusing them isn't a big deal.
