Just made up a harness to run along the frame rail with the other wiring and then was able to get the wires through the existing hole in the in the fire wall with a fish line. My friend had a safety switch so it can't be turned on by accidently bumping it.
Getting ready to add a winch and both Westing and Warn discontinued their bolt on mounts for the Ranger. I'm not interested in a hidden winch mount, I like to be able to get at the winch if there is a problem of some sort and not have to pull the whole bumper or mount off. I was able to get the...
Yesterday a friend of mine installed my e-locker axle I picked up from a salvage yard. After checking that it worked and that the gears looked good we proceeded to pull everything off my axle and drop it out and install the locker axle. Wired it up to a safety switch on the kick panel as it has...

I'm thinking about adding a Yukon e-locker to the rear of my XLT Sport. I have also seen a few old threads on here about doing an axle swap. I would like to hear from anyone who has done either and any problems they ran into.
