Yes.... the red was really nice ,Too bad ford has a rusty color red now . I have to watch my truck drive by my home everyday as a neighbor bought it and uses it as his daily driver. Part of the reason why I bought a new black one. I missed the Ranger magic! It's such a great little truck. 😍

My 2005 Ranger Edge 4x4 was red . If ford still offered a nice red I would have one . The rusty color they call red is not attractive imo. I chose shadow black instead.

That happened to me.....Mice were taking big chunks of Irish Spring away somewhere and leaving toothmarks on the bars of soap. I think they liked it! I've started using Might Mint spray now. so far so good

pound for pound dollar for dollar the Rangers are a great deal, rugged, workhorses that don't cost an arm and a leg to fix and are good on gas mileage. I owned a 2005 Ranger that is still on the road today! My current Ranger is a 2024 . Best money ever spent:sunglasses:

btw why did ford make the Ranger wiper blades in such odd ball size. Try finding those sizes in an autozone parts store.............its hard to find. I just ordered some motorcraft ones from ford.com

I drove my 2005 Ranger 4.0L from Boston,MA to Orlando ,FL (about 3,000 miles. down and back.) Suitcases in the back seats. It carried a bed full of snow all the way to the Carolinas before it finally melted. :LOL: . I have not taken any trips in my new 2024 Ranger .......yet but I can guess...

That sucks , If the rest of the truck is still in great shape, I would consider a new transmission.

The "steadily skyrocketing" rates is partly due to the fact that car prices have gone up and every time a car gets wrecked , the value of repairs and the payout for those totaled is that much higher. :sunglasses:
