What width is the wheel? Offset is in correlation to width also to check for clearance.
Factory is 17x8 et50 I believe (magnetic sport wheels). If you're sticking with 17x8 wheel, an et35 wheel will fit no problem with 285-70-17
Ya, I believe it'll draw enough air from the factory snorkel and airbox and the seal will work well enough I won't have to worry too much about it. I can always use my sct x4 to log intake and ambient temps and see the correlation between stock and the aFe. The other intakes like Injen and K&N...
actually, this intake does not have a plexiglass shield like the Roush intake. This one uses the factory air box to direct flow from up front to underneath the filter like the factory box, then a seal against the underside of the hood to prevent it from sucking engine bay air in from the top. No...
Just submitted a request for a video to hear what the intake sounds like. Love induction noises, not so much a blow off valve though. So thats staying stock.
Does anyone have this air intake/lid from aFe? Part number 52-10001D is for the dry filter, oiled is an option too. Just looking for sound clips of either or? Wife wants an intake for her truck so I want one too.
I know there are other options but this is the one that interests me. Google...
These were just out of stock for a while. Waited just over a month for mine and now they're in stock again at most places.
Love the sound of mine, and the exhaust looks fantastic.
You can get a lower trim xlt or a loaded xlt. Power seats here, adaptive cruise, folding mirrors, nav/touch screen, etc. I love cloth seats over leather, have had leather in the past. And I dislike the gauge cluster on the Lariat, so XLT fully loaded it was for me in 2019. Push button start...

Not the best pictures. It was an afterthought. But I did not choose the welded top plate on my sliders so it would collect less ice/snow/dirt/mud. Haven't had it on for winter yet so this coming winter will be the first with the sliders on.
I think there is a large enough gap on the RRW that...
the RRW sliders do have a 90* bend above and below the frame mount brackets but they don't go as far as the SW do in the pics above in this thread. I think both will work great. I got mine for a steal on their black Friday sale.
I've hit them on trees, more of our terrain here, it's held up great. Scuffed em pretty good, but they were so solid they shifted the whole truck sideways and away from the tree thanks to the kick outs. Lifesaver a few times. Haven't gotten close enough to any rocks yet that I've hit them on the...
