For me it only took about 20 minutes but I had the raptor grill and was pretty easy to pop the shroud and grill off.

No, I didn't care if the old flares broke tabs. It's possible it was recommended to remove the screw clips. I have a 3 inch lift so had no issues.

For my issue the dealership said the same thing however I not only see the seat vibrating but feel it in the steering wheel which would tell me that it may be the tires. A trip to FL from KS had my hands feeling a little numb after awhile from the vibration in the steering wheel.
