If the chips are that large and you want your truck looking great; have a paint shop or specialist fix the chips...you will barely see them. Then invest in some larger and excellent mud flaps to prevent rock chip damage.
On the mark-up from dealers; the dealers are private businesses and in general the manufacturer does not control the final price....no matter who makes it. Also, from what I see, especially due to low stock of new vehicles, every manufacturer at the retail dealer end is potentially charging...
It looks great, you will love it. I ended up with a Tremor while waiting (2 years) on my Bronco order. Wife said, "keep both"...so I did. Enjoy your Bronco and modding it!
It is actually quite reasonably priced. Watch for % off sales around various holidays. They will likely have a sale Memorial weekend. It cost me more to have it painted than the cover itself.
First I will answer the question, NO. I like the styling of my 2021. IMO, the front end on the new model....it looks like an F150 or a Maverick. Seems Ford is trying to make all their trucks look the same on the front.
Now a comment: Is it really a 6G?! Really a new generation of a Ranger...
1. it looks good. 2. my guess it will deflect some moisture. 3. It does not get that hot but with our law suit crazy society....my guess JCR's lawyer told them to put that on there.
Consider this one from JCR. I have their 2.7L version on my Bronco. It is very well made, heavy metal, uses mount holes already on the engine, comes in black. They have sales around various holidays too. (photo is the 2.7 on my Bronco.)

All of that should be covered by warranty.....I suggest you not tell them you took it through a car wash. I realize it is a PIA.
Car washes are known to damage vehicles. We had one big outfit here, their equipment was crushing the roofs in. Personally I find washing the Ranger a lot easier...
Every lot I drive by, no matter what Brand, has very few new vehicles. Lots of empty space and used vehicles. The larger Jeep Dealer here at our State Capitol, about 18 months ago had about 45 or so. The longer it took the Bronco to get out, I saw their Jeep inventory go down to 0-2 (I almost...
Fully agree. My Bronco took 2 years to the day to receive. Some that reserved day 1 are still waiting. We are living through a very weird time for sure.
I agree with all of that. I would add that the stats are for sales numbers and does not show production numbers which is usually higher. Many units can be sitting on parking lots, built status but waiting for missing parts. I was an original Bronco order holder (as well as got a Tremor in...
Well, it's not. I had to say that because these pages get bombarded with them. I have been here a long time and at times share things I find, as others do too. I thought it was a nice shirt by a real company here in Oregon....not some fake dude in a foreign land trying to get your VISA #.
