So far I have had luck with the peppermint oil too. I know some that have used 1/4" mesh screening to cover and air intake areas.

Yes do that.....and then it will also be on the record that you have the issue. Do this especially if you are still under warranty.

Oh I agree they look tons better and trust that what you are doing is working. All I know is I put that in on Amazon, same product and it says, "Does not fit your 2021 Ford Ranger". Just confusion. I think down in the reviews a Ranger Owner said they did not fit his. Maybe different...
