  1. Looking for help

First off thanks for the great information, it was a lifesaver. I’m happy to report the truck is back on the road. So I found my issue after pulling the trans. The converter wasn’t in it second step. Which is still enough to allow you bolt the trans. That extra pressure on the flex plate pushed...

  6. Looking for help

Yes the converter was in the transmission but how on earth do you bolt it to the flex plate? The bell housing covers everything up.

Yeah man tell me about it. I got the green one but I’ll feel everyone in on my experience with them after I get my core refund.

So the torque converter has studs that push through the flex plate with nuts on the back. When I installed the converter there was close to an inch distance from the nut/stud the back of the engine.

I did notice the converter has a floating type spline and then the fwd set. I couldn’t imagine being able to seat the transmission on the engine and bolt everything down without them being lined up. But I’m gonna pull it and see.

  13. Looking for help

Just got finished installing a new transmission on my 2019 ranger lxt fx4. Went to try starting it and just got clicks. At first I thought in was my battery. But tried jumping with another vehicle. And still clicks. Verify that the starter is engaging just not able to spin the fly wheel. My...
  14. New softtopper

It’s been great, no complaints. No fading or weathering of the windows. I have not carried anything on top yet. Thinking of build a rack out of multi struts but having planned it out yet.

  16. New softtopper

Both sides and back roll up. It’s a solid rack, so it does fold like soft toppers
  17. New softtopper

It doesn’t effect that much I’d assume it’s the same field of view as any type of topper
  18. New softtopper

It’s holding up great, no fading. Zippers work great. Clear windows show no signs of wear. The top comes with clear bra material to cover the paint where the zippers are. No sign of paint wear where the canvas meet the bed. Very happy with it.
