Look up “Sherpa equipment company) they have a ranger roof rack and give decent instructions in a video on how to drip the headliner, given you are only doing the rear antenna you may get away with only remove the rear most trim
personally I’ve only had it on the truck I never remove it. This mount has like 25 screws around the perimeter that hold the top cover on holding the dish in place. The black portion is just secured using rack hardware. It’s kinda easy to remove but wouldn’t recommend with the plastic housing it...
