Its not when the dealer sent the order in, its when ford accepted the order. I think ford accepts ranger orders on tuesdays, and maybe not every Tuesday
I really thought it required a computer also, that is why I paid for install through the ford accessory site and had dealer install it when my truck came in. :(. and I also have no install directions, only user directions.
on my ranger they just stuck it behind the drivers side panel next...
keep in mind how many other people are also thinking about looking at that truck. some times you just don't have time to do what is best.
and if your state has sales tax you only pay tax on the amount of purchase AFTER the trade in.
sell it to someone else and you lost that tax advantage...
I guess we need to burn more power. I had 2 plugged in and the truck still shut off.
Now I do have my voltage turned up to 14.2v so maybe that is the cause. But truck shuts off and night lights stay lit.
I installed one of these. first stop sign the truck shut off. but than the rest of the trip it kept running but where I went last night might not have had many stops. Guess I need to go out again tonight and try the city.
Every 2wd Dodge or ram truck I had I bought with a anti slip. sure its not a locker but in the snow, in PA, where the roads have some crown on them, any time I was unfortunate enough to have my truck out in the snow it would just "crab" everywhere it would go. even with snow tires. The back...
none of those places spray a liquid mixture of sodium chloride and magnesium chloride on the roads before every time snow is in the forcast. This mixture drys to a white coating on the road, once the snow (or rain) starts to fall this turns liquid again and gets all over everything that drives...
Where did you turn off ASS? once you do turn it off, in bottom Right hand corner of forscan is a volt gauge. What does it read with engine running and ASS off?
on mine it dropped down to low 13 volt range with ASS off, and went back up to 14v range with ASS on (indicating to me battery module...
(from someone who left PA, but inspected cars there for a long time)
Yes sitting rotors will rust. but as soon as you drive it that surface rust comes off.
yes pads can wear faster as they remove that rust layer.
But let it sit long enough and the rotors can get pock marked and an inspection...
My take on this is the brush ripped it off, but I think the antenna that sticks up is what the brush hit to pull the puck off. I bet if you had a shorty antenna there would not have been enough leverage for the brush to rip it off. Wonder if the shorty affects the cellular modem or just the...
The perimeter alarm adds a vibration sensor to your factory alarm. I can test it by kicking the tire real hard and the alarm will go off.
sorry I don't have any pictures right now. Its a box smaller than a pack of cigarettes. mine is just slid down under the kick panel cover on Drivers...
2022 Tahoe T16 with 75HP Mercury. You don't even know its behind you (but the MPG does). I have to tow it 10 miles to gas station, then 2 miles back to lake. Than 6 miles home so MPH don't really matter.
