Well with these temps going -20f and lower that is probably very true. Being this cold will delay trains more than snow, getting the air break pressure up on these mile long trains can take 45 mins or so.

Hang in there Peggy, my dealer started out that way also. What Rangerdanger said shoot questions at them. I didn't at first and didn't get any e-mails or phone calls(they don't volunteer info) once I started putting them on the spot, then the info came. Good Luck
