I have one dent in my truck, size of a dime. I hit a metal handy box in my garage when I opened the door to vacuum. Still cuss myself for that. We all have those days. Don't let it get to ya!
Thanks for warning the rest of us.
I run 20 on my front side. The factory on back is 18% if I remember correctly. I would never tint the windshield and will never go darker than 20 again
I will start shopping for one once my 21 hits 95000 miles so in about 4 years. Always try to trade before 100k for higher trade value. Plus I just don't trust a vehicle after 100k when traveling. (I know I'll get roasted for that one)
Daily 18 mile commute to work I average 19winter 21 summer. 60% interstate 40% city.
Long trips on interstate 19-24mpg 70-78mph
Highway 55-60mph 23-26mpg
Best fuel economy is highway at 55 but man I hate driving that slow lol.
Dash is calibrated within .2 of hand calculated.
I ran Toyo At2 and loved them. Had a couple sets of the. Easily got 40k out of them, which i was content with. Very capable and good wearing. Im amazed at how much their price has shot up in the past 6 years. Last set i bought were 180 each!!!
I had BFGs one time and swore I'd never have...
You may laugh at me but check out your local firestone. They have a tire there that my research has lead me to believe is a rebranded kumho(which had excellent reviews). I've not ran them cause I'm waiting for my factory kooks to wear out. For the price I'd be willing to try them. The suredrive...
Slid out of my driveway after an ice storm. Couldn't get truck to back up 2 feet back into the road. Was too slick too pull with my tractor so I was using my come-along (cable puller to non hillbillies) to winch it back in the road. Come along broke and truck rolled 300 feet over the hill...
After this happened to elenore and the body shop fixed it I cashed in on super high resale (apparently dealer didn't check carfax) and got a slightly used truck. I was tired of the oversized half tons and wanted something more fuel, travel, and traffic friendly. I looked at every midsized option...
