You will get 150 suggestions on here about every kind of hitch, ball, weight distributing hitch, you name it. Do your research and get what you need for that trailer size.
You will, however, be shocked at how well it will tow that rig.
They say Never jack from the center diff. I jack from the frame itself just ahead of where the hitch bolts to the frame. Place jack stands on frame rails as well beside the jack.
I bet it still has a 200 hp cast-iron V6 and a 4 speed trans Ha! jk I'm a proponent of Toyota as a whole but they got the wool pulled over folks eyes with the Taco.
So you mean to tell me you are a vehicle inspector and you have the kind of poor communication skills displayed here!?!? Jesus
But hey, glad you are getting fixed up and you didn't let a $3 bearing going bad in your steering column cause you to swear off Ford Motor Co...oh wait..nevermind..
I literally have no idea what you are talking about. Forscan did not ask me to pressurize anything or open any bleed screws or begin with the front axle. It just did its thing very loudly, 2 rounds of loud. Months later I did the manual system bleed procedure where someone is on the brake...
Yes having a second person to manipulate the brake pedal is a must. 60 bubbles total (roughly 15 per wheel, was pretty even among all 4 wheels it seemed).
Excellent Advice!!! Additionally: if you see Any color marks over fasteners, those fasteners need to be backed out and reinserted with as much force as humanly possible. Preferably utilize the longest cheater bar you can find. Good stuff.
Most of those Carolinians are a lost cause lol (see Carolina squat). You were just supposed to know he was from somewhere between Raleigh and the Outer banks I guess.
Likely a ball stuck in your recirculating ball power steering box. Crawl under truck and try to shake it loose by hand. Also check your power steering fluid level and check for leaks. Check power steering pump belt tension using a level-3 Only tension checker. Report back immediately.
Ha! That’s the litmus test we use to decipher if someone is actually from Tn or has moved here. If they say “central Tn” then ya know..they ain’t from Tn lol. It’s West Tn, Middle Tn, or East Tn.
