During trips away or anytime we don't drive for a few days, I use the same CTEK 5.0 and pigtail configuration tucked in behind the grill. Easy to reach through the Lariat grill openings. The included alligator clamps are handy for using temporarily on a second vehicle.

I spent two hours on the phone while a USAA rep drummed up a quote for the same home & auto coverage we have from State Farm. In the end, USAA was way higher. Complete waste of two hours. Also, State Farm has a local agent which is handy. Spending hours on the phone is not my favorite pasttime.

I used to have occasional wonky shifts. After installing my FitzStick, I discovered my level was down 3/4 qt from the factory. Bought a quart of Mercon ULV from a dealer, corrected the level, shifts have been mostly good with a very occasional downshift clunk. I drive mostly in Tow-Haul mode.

My experience with dealer finance people is that they suck with their crude abrasive tactics. Right up there with timeshare sales people.

We have Husky Liners X-ACT Contour Floor Mats. Don't get into snow often. For mud, sand, rocks, leaves, etc. they work very well, provide excellent coverage, and super durable. Whenever I remove the mats to vacuum, the carpets underneath are still like new.

Many remote button problems (TV remotes included) are caused by dirty switch contacts. Clean with isopropyl on a q-tip.
