The bolts are M8, 30mm, 1.25mm thread pitch. I sourced them at the hardware store for 0.50 each. I accidentally ordered 4 additional bed hooks for my 2020 XLT, so I have 2 extra (without bolts). PM me if you want 2 unused Ford bed hooks for a few PayPal $.

The skip-shifting (most noticeable 1-3) is quite normal. Mine does it also. If you engage tow/haul mode, you can see it quit most of the skip-shifting. Also under heavy acceleration, it will do 1-2-3 instead of 1-3. I believe, but haven't verified, that the RPM drop in 3rd is the torque...

Just got my 2020 XLT 302A. Looks like the engine has mounting points for an engine bay cover but no cover. Do others have an engine bay cover?
