Don't think so. Mine, and the several I had test drove didn't have any mat or anything in it. Though a non-skid mat would be nice to keep things from sliding around in it.

Crushed stone has a density of about 100 lb/C.F., give or take. 27 C.F. In a C.Y. So 100 lb/C.F. X 27 C.F. = 2700 lb which is alot more than the 1650lb payload of your truck. Would be fine to tow it or split it into a couple half yard loads in the bed.

Ford TBC installed. The 3rd brake light connectors were a pain, but the rest wasn't too bad.

I put on a factory hitch. Waited 2 months for all the parts to show up and finally got them yesterday. Going to do the Ford brake controller tomorrow. Super happy I can finally use my truck for what it is meant to do. Never mind the 2 month expired temp tag the dmv's are all closed still.

This drove me crazy as well. You need to turn off automatic updates. Settings-> On the second page, Automatic System Updates-> turn the slider to off. You can still manually update, I think. It just gets rid of that annoying pop-up appearing every time you start the truck.
