Congratulations, Toyota! You just invented the... (checks notes)... 2002 Chevy Avalanche!
Actually, that is an insult to the Avalanche. The new Tacoma is MUCH uglier.
When I bought my Tremor used with 3K miles, the tires were at 35 psi, and I really liked it that way. When I rotated them again at 9K with the next oil change, there was noticeable cupping on the front tires on the second row of treads I believe.
After rotation, we filled the tires to 39 psi...
I will be very interested in hearing what you decide on the tires. I am also not a huge fan of the General Grabbers, but I don't have a lot of recent experience with other comparable tires. The Grabbers do toss a lot of gravel, and they are the loudest part of the truck on the highway for sure.
Just to set the record straight, “Snowball” was a joke that is, in retrospect, not the best choice for a funny name for a white truck.
I’ve never been one to name my vehicles, although I once owned an 84 Jeep Grand Wagoneer that we called “Vagoneer” and later a white 74 Volvo 240 station wagon...
I dunno, @AzScorpion, but I would personally not let someone else name my rig, particularly if they named it Vanilla Ice.
Now, I need to go out and work on my rough and tumble Tremor named Snowball. ;)
I read varying reports that the overall length is "a little longer" to "two inches longer." You are correct that the wheelbase is definitely two inches longer, and I am hoping you are correct about the overall length, too.

UPDATE: I just checked Car and Driver, and they are saying that...

So we can all cool our britches on the Poopy Bus. :)
Okay, I guess I will weigh in here, too.
I really like the 6g, but I LOVE my 5g. Perhaps I will love the 6g at some point, too, but it is too early to tell.
That said, there should be no debate that the 6g is better in many ways, and many of those ways were things that we all complained about...
I consider this very good news (and smart business)

If you have a lead foot, I’m not sure how much of a difference you’ll notice. Maybe you will. Maybe you won’t.
I feel like the biggest difference is under light or moderate acceleration. Although I’m not a grandpa, my wife says I drive like one. I try to drive responsibly and smoothly, both on...
