There is no markup IF you order one. It’s MSRP. Which has increased about 15k since it was opened for orders. The trucks you see on dealer lots are orders that the person who ordered did not buy. These, like Broncos, are marked up to insane prices.
I would have ordered one already if I could...
I drive 230 miles roundtrip for work. I drive once a month to NC to work on the property. I have been putting 2500 miles plus on the Ranger, and need it to do truck things. I just would like a vehicle that is fun to drive, and it’s way more fun than the ranger and can still be used as a truck...
my neighbor has one, so I would be the second . Several others have already ordered theirs. As far as doing things like a real truck i would disagree; there is not a truck that can accelerate and ride like this truck. i have had F100s, F150s, a F250 and a F350 dually. All had their purpose, and...
I have been told that only Ford can do that and there are certain buzzwords that must be used. ‘Fractured relationship‘, things like that. worst case scenario I will simply not order and let it roll over. I’m in for $100 which I will get back at some point. But I haven’t ordered it yet. Still...
Going to wait….I’m also exploring switching dealerships. Ford and the dealerships have handled this about as well as SWA handled things over Christmas.
Well, I now have the opportunity to order a Ford Lightning. Of course, the prices have increased roughly $15k since Ford starting taking reservations, and the dealer I reserved it through has been way less than helpful. Part of me wants to order anyways, maybe through another dealer, and part of...
Yep. They are available everywhere it seems. I picked up a set off CList for use in NC and going for a more street friendly setup when the Hankooks wear out, which is very soon. 17 inch steel rims w/ grabbers 265/70r17. Plastidipped the bronco.
This is exactly why I bought a 150k warranty. Peace of mind. Just passed 48k after 2 years and problem free, but you never know. My wife and I are debating purchasing a 3rd vehicle as we both work and need both our vehicles. Service delays are a big part. Good luck with your truck!
I just hope all the new mid size offerings on the way, or rumored to be on the way, inspires someone at Ford to go all in on the Ranger. Ford is too in-love with the F150, and the supercrew concept, to really push the envelope with the ranger, in my opinion.
yes, in certain packages. it also has heated and ventilated seats, and wireless charging.
And a specific off road drive shaft option, which it does not go into detail on. You would kinda think that chevrolet has been reading this forum.
It has a heated steering wheel, driver memory settings, and comes with an integrated brake controller. crazy ideas. And a power sunroof for those so inclined.
keep an eye on craigslist. At least here in FL, I see these advertised. may pick one up if the price is right.
NEW TRUCK TOPPER/CAP FOR 2019-CURRENT FORD RANGER 5' & 6' BED - auto... (craigslist.org)
I like the color. Get all of your accessories at the same time, because if your wife finds out you will only have to explain once. Download a PDF of the owners manual. It was written by engineers for engineers, and therefore makes no sense to the rest of us as it does not use common words and...
Get Morimoto lights. 5 year warranty, plug and play. I luv my LED lights, but ebay is hit or miss. And nice supercab - we have almost identical trucks, but for the color.

I have a lariat and second LED lights, but if the truck didn't have them I would consider these. Pricey but less than whatever Ford would charge.
