same here - salesman where I bought my Ranger was locked on. He probably was 25, but a truck guy. Now, the salesman at some of the other dealerships were lost. My experience was the more Rangers they had the more they knew about them.
Did you by chance look in rangers for sale on this site? This is still listed...not too far PA.

I’m guessing Ford has put the F150 first and everything else a distant second. In my search for my ranger I can’t tell you how many times I was encouraged to look at an F150, which I was then currently driving. I ended up driving 200 miles away to get the ranger. I am curious how the dealerships...
Same. I just looked at a bunch of rangers...here is one discounted pretty good. To the original poster, if you're willing to fly to florida here is a FX2. I had a hard time finding the supercab truck I wanted... went 200 miles from home to get it.
I looked all over GA and FL for 4wd supercab, and the only FX2 I ran across was a XLT in Hardeeville SC in lightning blue. Good luck finding one, The wait is worth it.
having just bought my ranger, here were 2 of the trucks I looked at...but I was ranger all the way. Last 3 trucks were a ram, f150, and silverado. All had some great things, all were big. With new F150s hitting the lots they are making deals. Both were courtesy vehicles. 9k seems about right. I...
ok. Thanks for the reply. what is the difference between the regular Livernois tune, and using tow mode, and using a tow specific tune? Is that something you can see on a HP/Torque chart, and can you readily feel the difference? Just curious. TIA, TomC.
so, having just gotten my ranger and reading about tunes, if you get a livernois tune and enable the tow mode feature with a tune, does that move the upshifts as when stock, or how does that mode work with a tune and transmission operation? I'm specifically looking at page 159 of my owner's...
There is a few of us here. Welcome. I just purchased a ranger, you'll find some good deals out there if you look. I read literally thousands of posts and learned some great things here. Any questions ask. I got great responses. S/F TomC.
there is a guy in Bradenton who does custom beds...
the RSI bed replacement system looks like a great option. Here is what I was looking at....I just have a hard time taking off a good bed, hence the search for copart rangers that got rear ended.
This thread is the first time I have seen this.... interested.
Can the bed replacement system be done by the truck owner or will the vehicle have to be taken to ??? to be installed? Is the factory receiver kept and used? backup sensors/camera kept? weight breakdown? I actually searched copart...
I see you're in Central Canada. Do what a bunch of your countrymen do and come to Florida this winter, and in addition to the beach and hockey games, hit up a couple of rv shows. Walk around and talk to all the small- size rv builders and see what's new. You might be surprised at your options...
