I got one from the manufacturer a few years ago for about the same price. Was listed at $1700 but 50% off with free shipping. Really like the bumper was going to do a rear mounted winch, but have not got that far yet. Easy install only pain was cutting some of the old bumper mounting tabs off.
Not on OEM tires, only like a year warranty on those no mileage. Buy new ones from Discount or America’s tire and you will get the listed miles or a prorated amount for the tires. They have always been very good on handling warranty claims. Have not bought tires from anyone else in many years.
Straight forward just remove bottom shock mount bolt and mount skid using new hardware. One thing to watch is the 1st ones I got from them were not wide enough to fit. Customer service was great, and they sent new ones out with a return label right away.

If you have the factory tow hooks with the brackets on the bottom of them they should fit. I cannot get a picture of the hooks now maybe someone can upload an image. The front edge of the plate mounts on them and the back mounts to a cross member which should be the same.
That is an out of the box idea please post pics when you do it. Never really looked at the lights, but I am sure there is some way to make some sort of bracket for them good luck.
Another option is the Rough Country front and Road Armor rear bumpers. Rough Country is probably the lowest profile aftermarket bumper. Not super high quality, but for the price it is a decent option. Comes with lights, but those where pretty low quality switched them out for Diode Dynamics...
