A balloon with lead weight tied to the bottom looks top heavy.
Sail area is a different matter. I drive a medium roof height Transit van so I am well aware of that effect.
The government doesn't overstep it's bounds any more. Not like the 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's, 10's.

Have to agree with OFC Ranger.
In this area if dealers get a Ranger in trade this weekend they will have sold it by next weekend.
At high bluebook or better asking price.
It is simple. Drive 300-500 highway mile in one day. Returns all to normal. Really shouldn't be this way.
