I put my raptor grille on, and put in my maxliner floor mats for the vinyl floor. They are nice, they don't have the holes but they also don't move.

For me it was pedal commander. I found a used one for 100 and it is night and day difference in throttle response. Doesn't add horsepower but makes it so when you push the pedal it responds immediately.

I don't think you will get a 12 in there with enough space for the sub to be happy. Its about .6 of a cube in total space. a 10 is kinda pushing it space wise.
