  1. New Tremor

That's about what most are getting for all-highway; This translates to about 20.4 mpg. I was just amazed that the 2.7 liter V-6 does better in the F-150.
  2. New Tremor

Nice rig! I bought a '23 Tremor in January. I have only one complaint: mileage (18-19 mpg) --- worse than my F-150 trade in. But it sure is easier to park.
  3. Fuel in oil

Did the OP Wade ever get the dealer to fix his problem?
  4. Long Range America Tank

I'm quite happy to take the Tremor I worked for off-road, but to run it frequently on tight trails for eight hours straight would surely take it out of the princess category in no time at all. I'd rather tow a Polaris Ranger to the trail head for that! :)
  5. Long Range America Tank

I beg to differ. My post about the engine cover was criticized by many. Did I flip out and start calling people stupid? No. If you can’t handle an opinion that differs from your own maybe you shouldn’t be on a forum. The tank is a waste of money, period.
  6. Long Range America Tank

You don't wanna buy a side by side, fine. Get some jerry cans and save some money. I still say the aftermarket large fuel tank is a waste of money, especially at resale. Oh, and side by sides being a trail problem? Trucks cause more problems: they block trails, and guess who has to wait a...
  7. Long Range America Tank

    Damn right
  8. Long Range America Tank

Trails that tight are gonna ruin a Ford Ranger too. Get a Polaris Ranger. Most people, including myself, are not going to routinely run tight trails on a $40,000+ truck unless Daddy bought it for us and we don't mind selling it for next to nothing.
  9. Long Range America Tank

Complete waste of money. As said previously, just buy an F150.
  10. Ranger vs. F150

I have owned F150s with 2.7 and 3.5. Can't remember what mpg they towed with. But I can tell you that the 2.7 in a F150 gets better mpg than the 2.3 in a Ranger when neither are towing. Makes no sense, but it's true.
  11. Sun shade that fits?

I use this one from Amazon. It pops open easily, flip down the sun visors to hold it in place, and folds up easily. Way cheaper than the others, free shipping, and it works. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073XR5M92?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
  12. Anyone added additional headliner sound deadener?

...and you didn't show any pics or explain how you did it.
  13. Under the rear seat Subwoofer, worth it?

I wouldn't do it, waste of money and space. ? I know that's not the OP's opinion. And you're gonna piss off other drivers every time you stop at a red light.
  14. Tom Woods Driveshaft ordered and installed!

We have discussed it before at length here, and no Tremor owners at the time had vibrations unless they had first modified the suspension. I'd like to hear from them on this thread if that is not the case. In fact, most non-Tremor owners only had vibration after they modified the suspension...
  15. furious taco

Most unbiased comparisons rate the Ranger a little better. But...the new Tacoma may well be better than the new '04 Ranger, we'll see.
  16. Tom Woods Driveshaft ordered and installed!

But you do not have a Tremor. I have not found anyone here with a shaky Tremor unless it has been modified in some way.
  17. Tom Woods Driveshaft ordered and installed!

My Tremor does not vibrate at any speed and I don’t know of any that do but perhaps there are some. My Tremor was good from day one.
  18. AirPlay Nonfunctional

Take it to the dealer. They have probably seen this many times and it is probably a simple fix.
  19. Tremor road trip

Intersting...we both have Tremors -- you get 23-25 on regular gas and I get 18.5 (and I go easy on the pedal). My ride is smooth as silk (no aftermarket anything), yours is rough. Is there that much variation from truck to truck?
