Thanks. I saw that post and some older ones on the topic. I’m at crunch time for my road trip. So ordering kits is out of the question. I’m going to need a DIY Lowe’s/HD solution
Hey Rangers, I am looking for some product and method recommendations to seal up my tailgate. I have a great hardfold from RDJTrucks.com, very similar to the extang solid fold. I’ve added some silicone grease to the first fold out hinge point to prevent catching/pinching of the fold gap seal...
Bed etiquette. Replying to oneself. Oh well. I got my factory sprayed bedliner done finally and now re-installed the reviewed tonneau, just in time for a CO-CA road trip. Attached the bulkhead seal and used excess 3in. Pieces to jam in and seal up the bulkhead corner gaps. Once again, happy with...
My 2019 (August build) Does not have the retention clips and my Ford passenger tray liner does not have the holes. However I would like to “un-delete” them. Any suggestions?
Hey thanks for the replies guys. I like that uline roll but that’s a hard sell at 89$. I think one sheet of grip tape would last a while if I apportion it well
I started watching this thread hoping that you OG’s would have some sage opinions about the chirp, it’s normalcy, need for warranty work, or quick fix. Instead I get notified and return to the thread to find this. And it made me happy. If you like squirrels like I do, check out the documentary...

Can you expand a little on the straps you mentioned. I’ll probably, definitely want to ensure the bulkhead clamps don’t come loose. Is it a higher risk when folded up do to the wind circling back around?
Not sure how this would work or if has been discussed before, but it’d be cool to have the option for members to order a window vinyl sticker with the forum logo. I’d rep one
Thanks Greg,
Matt at RDJ Trucks responded to me this morning. The Max load rating for it is 350lbs.(a lot more than I expected) so I will feel comfortable strapping stuff of top of it if necessary. I really like this thing, I would slap their sticker on my back window if they had one. I really...
Hey guys! Here is my recommendation and review of the hard tonneau I received today.
Tonneau: TRAVEL PRO 65-SERIES HARD TRI-FOLDING TONNEAU BED COVER
Manufacturer: RDJ TRUCKS (family owned small business, extra points)

I’ve never had coopers, but my coworker has the cooper discoverer at3 on his F150 and they are at the wear bars at 30k, totally even on the wear pattern, rotated religiously, but half-life from the 60k that they’re promised for

absolutely, the overconfidence of 4x4 trucks and SUVs is so sad. Before my ranger I’ve driven a FWD Scion TC for the last 10 years. And on icy interstates it did superb, while seeing truck after truck in the ditch
