    Is this your first Ford ? I ask as the A10 in the Mustang is the same. IMHO, the sport mode is truly useless. All it does is reduce ones fuel economy.

    So do the Explorers. Ford has had to buy two back over the past year. Then, I get one with the roof rail delete option. That one develops a leak on the right front where the guide pin hole is over the A pillar. Glove box would flood. Worse, it caused the exposed wiring ends to corrode. I am done...

    Factory rake isn't the issue. For many that don't off road, it is the height. I will do the 3/6 drop kit when it is released. I don't want it level either. I like the aggressive look. Once I get the Ranch Hand grill guard mounted, it will look mean. :party...

    My tuner is one of their installer/dealers. They told him the issue is the A arms.

    @gov cheese, nailed it. The higher the trim level, the more control modules there are. They aren't inexpensive to replace either.
