Any thoughts on why the passenger side air vents would be "less cool" than the driver side? happens when I have the AC on and when it is not on. I never noticed it until I installed the new navigation map update, probably just timing coincidence. cabin air filter issue maybe?
Did a bunch of research on this site for tire size, wheel offsets etc. Thank you to all that added helping info!
Here is my Truck:
2019 4x4 FX4 lariat with a 2.5" leveling kit.
One thing I struggled with was understanding the wheel offset where + is toward the truck and - is toward the street...
Is there a way to turn this off? I have to get out to open a gate everyday and as soon as I shut the door the truck honks twice at me lol.
I could leave the key in the truck but it has my gate key on it too or shut off the engine but would rather just be old school and leave it running!
I had the professional detail guy apply our ceramic coating, it is expensive but amazing! I think he puts on 5 coats and it takes a week to get the truck back lol. The longest part is removing all the old wax and prepping the finish for the ceramic coating. I guess once it is on there whatever...
Well its been a week and I really like the step height of the running boards! Got the dog stairs modified so he can go up/down again so everyone is happy lol.
If anyone wants these stock running boards you can have them for free. PM me to either pick them up or pay to have them shipped to you.
Thanks! I love the chrome look against the color, too old school for black I guess lol.
I was unsure how the lettering would look but I really like it! It's not a vinyl sticker but actual metal decals :)
I installed the N-Fab running boards on Saturday. My reason for buying these was to lower the step point as the stock ones were so high it was hard to "tuck into" the truck without feeling awkward.
They work fantastic but you can't step over them as they protrude a little further out. Only...
I bought one to see if I would like it or not, its pretty cool and better made than I expected. If I end up needing more bed storage I will get another one for sure. Main thing for me is the tire chains and stinger which are always too dirty for inside behind the seat.
Thanks, it is the 2" leveling kit from BDS Suspension. This one seemed the least intrusive since im not a big off road driver just wanted the truck to look better :)
Here is their lingo,
Specially designed for the new Ranger, this 2"
leveling kit is engineered for additional tire
