I have the same problem. I removed Ford pass entirely because of this problem all background activity that continues even when you have everything turned off
So I am going to be using these threaded lift point eye bolts as tie down points, both in the 4 bulkhead holes (M8 I believe) as well as the M6 holes designed for the tailgate extender. Here is what they look like. They are on amazon, or Home Depot etc..
Can anyone point me in the right direction. I want to get my spare in the rotation line up. Where could I find 1 magnetic 17inch wheel to mount my spare tire to?
I picked up a cheap adapter on Amazon, downloaded the software and went to town. I think it’s awesome. Turned off the double honk, turned off my seatbelt and start up chimes, fixed my missing climate controls (main reason) and a bunch of other stuff I can’t remember. A must must have for any...
I’m planning on adding M6 and M8 liftpoint eyebolts to give additional strong tie down points higher up on the front and rear of the bed. My tonneau cover doesn’t use the bulkhead M8 holes, and have no plans for the bed extender that uses the m6 holes near the tailgate. Thread, remove, add...
Hey Phil,
My ranger was a dealer trade and didn’t come with a front plate bracket. Although they are required in Colorado, I am having a hell of a time trying to get the dealer to provide one. If you still are willing, I’d take yours. ?
Dang. That looks nice. I’m military too. I would definitely have gone that route. But I have a hard fold on the way that is almost identical to the extang solid fold 2.0. Shipping is taking forever though, thanks fedex jerks
Ed, I’m going to need you to make me one of these. If you’d like, I won’t charge you anything.
For one of my other cars I used a auto dimming homelink rear view mirror that I pulled at a salvage yard. Best 10$ ever spent
Yeah, I don’t have the knee issue, so I’m saving the second one for when and if this one gets messed up. Really after I broke down the cardboard and bent it into shape, it perfectly matched what I had imagined and searched long and hard for.
I definitely recommend the TRAVEL-PRO 65-SERIES HARD TRI-FOLDING TONNEAU BED COVER from RDJ Trucks. It’s very similar to the extang 2.0 hard fold, but is much better priced, and has a built in small led bed light. RDJ has really good customer service as well. I personally really prefer the solid...
Hey guys, I got these pads in the mail from amazon today and installed it. I’ve had issues with soreness on my elbow when I drive from where I rest it on the hard plastic trim. These pads are cheap, awesome, and don’t detract from the looks too much. I only had to bend and break down the...
Today I receive a bungee 4’x5’ cargo net, headrest hangar hooks, a tarp, and ordered an awesome hard folding tonneau from RDJ Trucks https://www.rdjtrucks.com/Ford-Ranger-19-TRAVEL-PRO-Hard-Fold-Tonneau-Cover-p/65-3036.htm
