You're probably correct. But, again they have to prove that the tune/aftermarket part directly caused the failure in question. Doesn't hurt to try or take to different stealerships.
Well, that's why the ECU memory was saved on the controller prior to the tunes. SO it can be wiped and flashed back prior to service.
