Ranger passes the camping-test.
I am pleased to say that I also got my full-size duffle bag here in the "back seat", and my wife used up her side with her personal gear. Everything else went in the back easily.
I ordered my cap six weeks ago, still no word on delivery...
I am thinking that the biggest I can go for winter tires on standard fitment is 275/65R18. Can anyone shoot this down or confirm this opinion for me?
I will leave the stock "test-drive tires" on the standard rims until I wear them out, and switch out for winter tires w/rims for Dec-Feb here...
I just ordered the light-oak dash-wrap kit from Rvinyl. I found that if you get to the checkout and pause for a day, they will send you an email 20% off code, saying "we mustache you back":).
I have removed the seat bottoms and will look into the seat-delete parts to remove the backs as well I wish I had thought about or known about the rear-seat-delete option back last Thanksgiving when I was ordering this buggy.

This link might work, who knows?
The first bike is my '74 850 Norton...
I never expect or intend to ever put a human in the back of my "supercab". I have a nice sturdy dog-hammock slung between the headrests, this will handle most cargo and the occasional dog or two.
You can come to appreciate all the different exhaust notes. While I approve of the low growl of my ranger FOUR, I think that I prefer the sound of my tuned 850 Norton Commando TWIN, above all other automotive musicianship.

I have discovered that this black "decal" does not hold my fingerprints, a very good thing if you drive dusty dirt roads.
About half of all roads are dirt roads in New Mexico because we are mostly desert here.
I am enjoying my Ranger so far, 900 miles today, but I definitely have the feeling that we are the red-headed stepchild in the Ford America family. Not in terms of technology, engineering, or assembly, but like, why couldn't I get Medium Stone (tan) carpets and dash with the tan interior? Why...
